Baby didn’t move on ultrasound?

Had some spotting today. Very light but called hospital. They did an ultrasound - they could see heart activity but baby didn’t move for the few minutes they scanned. Is this okay? Wish I didn’t worry!

I think it’s alright. I’m in a similar situation. My baby didn’t move at all during the anatomy scan a few weeks ago so they couldn’t see his face, fingers, or feet. But they weren’t worried about anything because everything else looked perfect and he has a great heartbeat. They scheduled another scan that I’ll have at 21 weeks. They told me it was to be expected since the receptionist scheduled that ultrasound at 17 weeks when she was supposed to do it later.
I feel him moving all throughout the day even have an anterior placenta, so I’m really not worried.
