Help!

Does anybody know what this looks like to them 🙈? I have been off my pill a few months and haven’t been purposely trying co conceive. I have been feeling really off the last few weeks and haven’t had my period but not sure if that’s just a side effect from being off the pill. My discharge has been very different and I’ve just wiped and seen this? It’s very thick and no blood I just haven’t ever seen this before. Sorry for the photo!
