This may be a stupid question but I couldn’t find the answer on google... haha
I have pcos and got confirmation today that I ovulated through my progesterone levels (first confirmed ovulation since TTC! Whoop whoop). 
I’m currently about 7DPO and my progesterone levels were 31.0 ng/mL. 
The average in luteal phase is 2.0-20.0, if my progesterone levels are high does that mean I most likely released two eggs?

It’s definitely possible! Once you ovulate an egg from a follicle the follicle becomes know. As corpus luteum and produces progesterone. If you ovulated from multiple follicles then you’ll have more corpus luteum and thus more progesterone.

No. It's possible, but it doesnt mean that. It just means your ovulation was strong. Did you have any follicle scan leading up to ovulation? That's the only way to know if you had more than 1 mature follicle.

With PCOS you have a lot of follicles but they tend to be abnormal. I have multiple friends with it and some get 18-20 eggs with IVF and none or only one are normal. The poly/many “cysts” are actually releasing excess hormones which can impact ovulation and pituitary down regulation (too much estrogen, progesterone and testosterone: ladies have testosterone too).
