Trigger warning- loss and maybe ectopic?

So I started bleeding yesterday, and my pregnancy test was back to a stark negative this morning. This is #10 for me, but it's so different from the others.

My bleeding is already tapering off, I'm still cramping like crazy, my neck is super stiff, and my migraines have been amping up. I just started having this weird numb pain in the front of my shoulder joint.

Has anyone had symptoms like these? Should I be mentioning it to the dr tomorrow?
