Stored milk and colic?

My baby (5 weeks) has been colicky for weeks and I’ve been trying everything. Obviously nothing works but the past two nights he has been good for once.

I breastfeed snd I pump so that my spouse can feed our baby. He takes the bottle well, snd usually has one or two bottles a day (refrigerated not frozen) with the rest feeding off the breast.

The past two days I Havnt given him any bottles snd only given him the breast. He’s been finally sleeping and not screaming.

Could the refrigerated pumped bottles be upsetting his stomach? Is that a thing?
