PCOS ovulation

Not to bother but this is how cool God is. So yesterday I randomly way off what my dr. Suggested decided I had a more expensive ovulation test left over so randomly (I wanna believe the spirit moved me to test) took the test for the first time it was actually very clearly positive. It’s small but with PCOS it’s kinda a random event to ovulate if it happens at all, but in short I have a chance of conceiving naturally. I’m hopeful I will be praying if you don’t mind.
