Hi ladies. 
I’ve been getting these dark spots near my ankles and idk how to get rid of them. Does anyone knows what it is and how to get rid of it??

I have them and I absolutely hate them my husband always says that those particular spot look like dead tissue since they’re so dark... not really sure how I got them or what they are but I don’t have much feeling when I tough them
