Chance of miscarriage at going on 13 weeks?

Does the chance of miscarriage diminish at almost 13 weeks? Today I was walking up the steps to our apartment and I didn’t fall but I jostled myself and my stomach shook so now I’m worried it hurt the baby. I also have a habit of turning fast when I’m trying to get comfortable sleeping . We have a Doppler but I really don’t want to use it because they say you can’t hear the heartbeat with them very well until 15+ weeks . My last appointment was the 16 of April and baby looked good on the ultrasound with a hb of 170. So would everything be okay then?

I wouldn’t worry about something like that. The baby is very well protected in your womb. The chances of miscarriage are very very low now you’re passed 12 weeks. If you are bleeding or cramping i would see medical help. If not just take it easy and try not to worry. Also I’m 15 weeks this week and have been listening to my babies heartbeat since I was 10weeks. I actually downloaded the shell app for free on my phone and I can record them too. This is my third baby so I’m 100% sure it’s his heartbeat. Congrats on your pregnancy!

I ran until 32 weeks with my first baby. Turning fast or moving fast will not cause a miscarriage.

Babe, your baby is not going to miscarry because you move too quickly. I trained high intensity up until 35 weeks, and had a healthy full term little boy. That nugget is nestled so deep and securely inside you you could literally roll down a hill and it would stil be 100% a ok. Do a little research on this as it might help with anxiety. You shouldn’t be worrying about wether you roll over to hard in bed 😳
