Kicks startle me so much 😭

I’m 20 weeks and 3 days. She’s already kicking so much and she’s really strong. Last night she turned around and decided to kick my uh anal area. Let me tell you that had me regretting every life decision I’ve ever made. Now she’s kicking with the force of a line backer I’m afraid she’s going to burst out of there.

I can’t help but jump every time she kicks me. It’s like a jerking reflex and I get startled. It probably looks really weird to other people though it’s hard to hide my reaction. She’s really active when I eat ice and while I enjoy feeling her kicks sometimes it’s like okay that’s enough I need to sleep lol
