Acetone breath??

🖤J.🖤

I know I’m going to sound crazy. I’m trying to see if anyone has seen or heard similar. I noticed my daughter, especially at night, has breath that smells like acetone. I’m really worried because I googled it and there is apparently a link to this smell and blood sugar issues. My daughter was in the NICU because she couldn’t regulate her sugars. She’s 5 months now and they told me it shouldn’t be an issue anymore when she was discharged. I’m going to call her doctor in the morning but I’m a bit concerned. Has anyone experienced something similar?
