Super worried and concerned. Herpes???

So I got tested a few days ago everything came back negative but, I was told I have antibodies for hsv. Now it’s showing me 3 different tests. Hsv 1 I was non reactive. Hsv2 I was non reactive (like under the .90 range) but then my herpes simplex came back to 1.03. I’ve been tested for this a few months back and it was .69. Anyone can help me out. The doctor on the phone told me this doesn’t necessarily mean I have herpes and to not freak out but everything I’ve been googling has just making me more anxious
