What's the best shampoo or custom shampoo brand?

I have frizzy hair, it's naturally curly but I prefer to straighten it, so it gets heat damage, and I have a super dry/flaky scalp (no matter what I do, so I think it's eczema or psoriasis) and split ends (my hairs a mess)

Sharing my experience in case useful: I had horrible scalp psoriasis for about 5 year. I did an elimination diet and completely removed gluten. My psoriasis cleared within 3 months (after trying ever topical treatment/shampoo) and has stayed that way—going on 9 yrs

This shampoo might help with your dry and flaky scalp. It’s the only thing that worked for mine. Maybe you can find a good conditioner or product to help with the dryness but I can’t think of any right now! Protector before you apply heat to it would be a good idea, maybe some argon oil

I have curly hair & I use olaplex 3-6 along with Moroccan hydrating mask. I straighten my hair once a week (sometimes twice) and these are a GAME CHANGER
