HELP! Exercises to help with cellulite
Hey ladies...
I just began my 22nd week, and I’m starting to notice cellulite on my legs. I really want to start doing some type of exercises now to help prevent it for getting too too much worse or at least try.
Can anyone recommend some safe exercises to help with this? Or toning also in general would be amazingggg!
I have 5lb weights, 10lb weights, a mat, and bands :)
