Hey Ladies

I have 2 children and with both pregnancies I had life threatening complications that we now know was caused by my APS. My husband and I want one more but I’m so nervous to try again.

With my daughter I had a completely normal pregnancy and delivery but developed septic pelvic thrombophlebitis after delivery in the hospital. With my son last year it was a more difficult pregnancy ending in a placental abruption during labor resulting in an emergency csection.

My question is, did any of you ladies have an abruption especially during labor and go on to have a normal pregnancy after? If so, did you deliver vaginally or via csection?

I didn’t get my diagnosis until after my delivery last year and my OB said she would probably put me on daily lovenox this time around.
