Really bad stomach pain
I'm having some pretty awful upper stomach pain that spreads into my back. It so bad I'm crying. It lasts for hours and then goes away only to come back. I'm ttc and late for my period rn so of course anything involving the stomach has me worried. Anyone experience this? I think it may be gastro related.
