Hi ladies just wanted to share my TWW experience so far. 18 months TTC and unexplained infertility at this point. We finally started our first medicated cycle. Letrozole CD 3-7. Trigger shot & timed inter course (hubby’s sperm is amazing). I had two follicles, 21mm and 14mm at the time of the ultrasound on cycle day 11. I do believe I ovulated both because I felt cramping on both sides.

Yesterday at 6DPO i woke up with sore boobs on the sides and increased CM and when I wiped (and pressed, tbh) it was a tiny amount of light brown and light pink sticky CM. Very light but mixed with wet sticky discharge. Not enough to actually be in my underwear. I wouldn’t even call it true spotting.

Today is 7DPO. My boobs hurt More this evening. Similar discharge situation but not as much as yesterday. I had a huge glob of thick white discharge in my underwear today. Cramping this evening just a mild amount. Today I also had a huge sneezing fit and I know it’s crazy but this is a rare first sign for some people so thought I’d mention.

I’m really worried that my period is starting soon, but I also don’t want to get my hopes up about implantation. Here is my trigger progress of the last 5 days. I’m now 9 days past trigger (bottom test).
