No FET this month

Went for my scan yesterday after getting my surge. Lining was too thin and follicle too small so have to wait another month for natural FET - decided against medicated for now. Not had a problem before, did anyone else’s body take an extra month to get back to normal after egg collection? it was freeze all. (So far had the withdrawal bleed, then a normal period so gotta wait for another period now). Feeling frustrated and low but I know it’s for the best. Better to wait for optimum environment than risk it but it’s hard
