My grandma has been watching my son since he was 4 months old and she raised me so I 100% trust her. She makes him good ass meals and takes him outside and to the park and he has the time of his life. But my grandma will now be returning to work partirme w-f and I need to figure out child care. I was only paying her $100 a week and she has the chance to make more than that so I wouldn’t tell her to keep watching him for me. But I have extreme anxiety about putting him into daycare I don’t have any other family to watch him. I have anxiety about abuse and neglect and covid. I’m also pregnant with my second and don’t plan on working for a year after I have him. I will be getting paid maternity leave so don’t want to stop working ! I just don’t know what to do - I’ve even thought about trying to get fired and get unemployment lol! Does anyone have a daycare in the northside of Houston they absolutely trust ? Or have any other ideas on how I can solve my issue ?
