Weird hand movements

My son does like a weird thing with his hands, he like turns his wrist in toward his body and now touches the tops of his hands to each other with his fingers sticking up. Is this a normal toddler quirk? I know some hand movements are connected to autism and I don’t think he has it but don’t know if it’s worth calling the dr
