I’ve been taking the gummies but I can t get them down I just gag and they all come up.  It’s the chewing and all that. But I’d need a pill form that isn’t to big because of course I’d have a swallowing issue lol. Thank you in advance

I took this, they are regular size and capsules not tablets so easier to swallow however i always take them at the beggining of the meal to make sure i eat plenty after and wont gag them
