Had a positive OPK yesterday, therefore assuming I'm ovulating today. Immediately after BD today I had severe cramping. Never felt like this before.. I'm on my third cycle of 2.5mg Letrozole.
Could this be ovulation cramps? First time I'm experiencing this.
