Not feeling it

For quite a while I haven't been myself when it comes to energy and motivation. When I talked to people they blame it on my schedule. Since last November I've worked mainly overnights but still work day shifts as well so it is draining and I'm constantly changing my sleep schedule which is pretty exhausting. My house is a mess though, I procrastinate a lot and I'm always tired. I have anxiety and my husband (he's a truck driver so is never home) has always told me he thinks I inherited depression because literally everyone else in my family has it and I have all the signs, just haven't gotten professional help. What do y'all think?? I really just want to have energy and motivation again.....
