Struggling
I had a baby last July, and by September had lost 30lbs by eating carefully, light exercise, and breastfeeding. Then when I went back to work my job was a mess and I got overwhelmed and stressed and gained it all back. I got back into my healthy routine a couple months ago. Yet, I’ve barely lost anything, ( like 12 lbs) and have been stuck for about 3 weeks at the same weight. I truly don’t know what is wrong. I log my food ( my fitness pal), work out at least 30 minutes (or longer) 5-6 days a week. I feel so disappointed. I’ve yoyo’d with my weight my whole life. I have NEVER had such difficulty losing weight before. I’m 26, 5’2 and currently 166 lbs. I thought “maybe I’ve been gaining muscle” but when I remeasured myself and had my body fat calculated again, it was exactly the same as it had been. I just needed to vent. I do not want to give up! But I’m finding it so hard to stay motivated while nothing is changing.
