I can’t tell where her face is??

They said this is her face but I can’t distinguish ANY facial features from this picture. Can you?

Yes I see it lol she’s looking at the camera! You can only see one eye (her right eye is where I drew the pink spot), her left eye is hidden in the blackness of the ultrasound. 
She has perfectly shaped lips that I put the purple mark on.
