Period and Pfizer Vaccine

Okay so I am freaking out.. I already got both doses but I’m scared because my period was really light, spotting brown light, no blood. I am on the pill, and I have been sexually active. When I got the second dose, I was sexually active and I got a fever so I was taking Tylenol to help w the fevers. Should I be scared? I know getting sick can lower the birth control but someone help me ease my mind. Or do y’all think it’s just the vaccine interrupting?
