Husband doesn’t want sex

I need advice, my husband (10 yrs) and I have always had a meh sex life. We both have body image insecurities, but his have become debilitating for us. In 2021 we’ve had sex 1 time and he didn’t even finish b/c he was upset with how fat he felt. I’ve looked up positions for heavy partners and everything, but he isn’t even willing to try. I know it’s about him, but it makes me feel beyond undesirable...any advice, I have nobody to talk to about it b/c I know it would embarrass him. I just want someone to show me some sort of affection.

Edited to add we’re currently in the process of getting healthy, I’ve lost over 20lbs and he’s lost close to 30lbs.
