Today’s ultrasound. So confused. Found out I was pregnant March 23rd 5 weeks ago. No regular period so can’t base it off that. US April 5 and GS only. US April 20 GS with yolk sac. US April 26 they said no fetal pole but I thought I seen something. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
