9dpo and 10dpo spotting and covid vaccine

Hello ladies I'm hoping someone has experienced something similar and can tell me your experience. I spotted at 9dpo and 10dpo very very light only when wiping and it was a light brown to slightly darker. Today at 11dpo it went away. But my pregnancy test is negative. I had my 1st covid vaccine almost 2 weeks ago, has anyone had the vaccine and had it thrown off their period or had early spotting like this. I know everyone is different but thought I would ask, I feel like im going crazy with the 2 week wait, and I feel like im out again. Period is expected in 3 days, and I will keep testing
