I just started today I wanna lose weight and I currently weight 186
My height is 5’2 I downloaded my fitness pal but I’m not sure if I’m doing this right. Am I consuming a lot of calories for breakfast? Any tips for beginners 😭😭 should I eat less ? Or is this okay
