Does this look like baby eczema?

It doesn't seem to bother her but it's been persistent for the last couple of weeks. She's been using the same diaper balm and diapers since birth so it's not that. Thanks.

I would say yes. Try some of your breast milk if you're breast feeding. If not than try some bag balm or baby aveeno! I get eczema super easily due to my sensitive skin. It can be something I ate,  laundry detergent changes, new fabric, anything!

Yep. My baby gets it where his clothes rub, mainly. So thighs and upper arms. He never seemed bothered by it but it was raised and really red and bumpy. I use honest co products  on it and definitely saw improvement!
