Life has been getting hard..

I’ve always had anxiety but it have gotten to the point where it’s very bad. I’ve tried medicine but the side effects I hated. Covid is making me even worse. I feel like I’m just existing, I have nothing to look toward to, just 1 friend, at this point I’m just sitting in my room waiting for class to start and when Its done I go back to doing nothing. Physical anxiety symptoms are killing me, heart burn, heart palpitations etc. I have gone to the doctor and everything is normal. They are a real pain, I can’t focus in school when I try watching a series as a distraction, intrusive thoughts gets to me and I just stop watching cause it’s too much. I genuinely need natural anxiety solutions please I beg for you guys to respond.
