Am I too young?

Question

Am I too young to get weight loss surgery I’m 24 and nothing works ! I’ve tried everything. 
And I’m not happy with my weight and body.!

Not too young! I got wls when I was 26, got approved for it when I was 25, and there was a girl who had the same surgery date as me when was 19! It's a lot of work and recovery was rough, but it's so worth it! I also tried everything, followed a diet and exercise regime that any fitness influencer would be proud to sell for a thousand bucks to her audience for an entire year before I applied for wls and lost a whopping 30lbs. If doing everything the 'correct way' (cut out sugar, carbs, alcohol, gluten, and soy, was at the gym two days a week plus a yoga class and a session with a personal trainer every weekend) only got me to lose 30lbs and hardly anything in inches, my only other option was to get help from a doctor, and mine was 100% my getting the surgery.

No 24 is not too young for most doctors to do weightloss surgery. I would say get your hormones checked first especially your thyroid because sometimes that can make losing weight very hard. Also being consistent and doing a sustainable diet is a huge think. Don't cut out food groups. Everything in moderation. Portion your food. Drink your water. Walk 10-30 minutes a day and exercise 3-4 times a week whether that be strength training, dancing, cardio, ect.

Cico- calories in versus calories out?
Cardio 3-4x a week?
Been consistent for 30+ days?
If so then you should go see a dr to make sure all hormones and organs are working properly and that u dont hve thyroid issues or diabetes or something like that. Id go online and look at a TDEE calculator and then use My Fitness pal and a food scale to stay within a calorie deficit

Yes probably. You have to talk to your dr. Idk what ‘tried everything’ means. But you can also have hormones checked too if you actually tried a lot. 
You can try to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Nothing worked for me until I did that 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I didn’t bother with Keto or anything because carbs are not bad
