Covid and going back to work in person

If you haven’t heard already, when do you think your job will require you to work in the office? How many people work for your company and do they plan on rotating?

I just saw New York is planning to open at 100% capacity July 1st. I am not from NY, but nearby and thought it was premature to announce 100% capacity. It concerns me when employers will make employees work in the office. Thoughts?
