Do you drink raw cows milk during pregnancy?

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of information going around about raw cows milk health benefits. Also know some pregnant women have been drinking it. Curious to see if any ppl on this app do? I alway heard only pasteurized milk so this is surprising.

It can carry so much bacteria and and cause different food poisoning! Like e.col and listeria I'm surprised because slot of pregnant woman are scared to even eat deli meat,, I wouldn't dare touch the milk

It's very hard to even get raw milk. You basically have to go to a farm. It only saves for a very short time, so they can't legally sell it in stores. There are health benefits, but if it's unclean or expires quickly, it can make you sick. But if you live nearby a farm, you can see if they sell it directly to customers.

I voted yes because I didn’t see you put “raw” milk. Regular, pasteurized milk yes it’s actually a craving of mine. Not raw!

Unpasteurized milk is high risk for listeria amongst other bacteria and can be a serious health risk to your growing baby.

I only drink almond milk, but that’s because I can’t stand regular milk lol
