I'm going to spare y'all the little details but long story short my husband just started at a new company that for the next three months has him working away from home three weeks at a time and home for three days in between. I'm supposed to work only two over nights a week and 1 day shift a week, my schedule used to be very flexible which is why I got the job. Well this weekend they told me I had to work 1 day shift (yesterday) and 6 night shifts in a row...which I didn't apply for. Plus I only get paid 10 hr. I haven't seen my husband in three weeks and he comes home for three days and it lies on the same time I'm working... I've been wanting to put in my two weeks for a while now and even had another job lined up but now I just want to leave.... Like my husband is so upset he doesn't get to see me and is saying I need to request at least one of those days off or quit or something. Idk what to do I feel like I'm in a tight spot. What do y'all think? I want to be with my husband...
