Episiotomy

I think they sewed my vagina wrong is that normal ? Like my labia minora is sewed into my vagina and then i had a 1st degree tear and it looks like it’s either reopening or it didn’t heal properly due to my stiches dissolving too fast and then stuff is coming out white and climbs of orange/ red pieces (first time mom)
