Is this serious or not ?!?!?!?????

I also have a doctors appointment next week on Friday so yes i know you all are not doctors but I’m confused. So i just started my period yesterday after not having it since end of December 31,2020 and that ended in January 2021 (for 6 days) then i started spotting last month for a week then stopped then i was spotting for 3 days until my period came yesterday. I was bleeding heavy but not that heavy. Then comes today i get up get in the shower and then lay back down. I go back to the bathroom almost 2 hours later and notice i bled through my tampon and pad. I then got up and notice what looked like a big big dark red blood clot. Then after that i was checking and going to the bathroom every hour. But i been having painful cramps since earlier and i finally took a pain pill and it did not work. Everytime i pee i bleed so heavy the toilet water instantly turns red. I’m scared the last time this happened and i was concerned was after i had my second baby. I am 24 years old and still my body confuses me. I’m scared and I’m in pain. Anybody experienced this before ?!?! I also put on a heating pad to help but it’s not helping.
