anyone have arm/shoulder pain during pregnancy?

the past couple days my left arm is killing me!

I

t feels like pain radiating from my hand through my elbow and sometimes up the inside of my arm to my shoulder. Last night was the first night I kept waking up trying to adjust my arm so it didnt hurt.

I have not done anything strenuous or injured it, its just my left arm. Im 19weeks pregnant. I feel like its too early to produce Relaxin, and its just my arm.

anyone else have this?
