Morning Sickness
Hi Mamas 🌸 I am 6 weeks today and have pretty bad morning sickness (no vomiting just terrible nausea). I have tried ginger (tea, gum, pills), vitamin B6, nausea arm bands, and Unisom (which my doctor recommended to help me sleep). None of these seem to help the intense and constant nausea ( I am trying to have numerous small snacks throughout the day and drink water regularly). Do any of you have any other recommendations that have worked for you? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 🌸
