Friend called off wedding and is mad at me. Did I over step

So my friend had everything set for a big wedding and she called it off on Thursday due to him cheating. She called to cancel and a lot of them won’t do refunds like the venue (you can reschedule for another day without losing money but you’ll give up everything you paid if you cancel), some food, and dresses. Won’t know till tomorrow. So we’re hanging out and I suggested that since she can’t get the money back, I suggested she still go. Bring close friends and her mom and cousins who are local. Enjoy catered food, enjoy the venue on a different day and she can always select a different area, and I said instead of the same cake being presented I will help to change it up so it looks different for the day of. I even offered to rent her a limo for the day so she can be driven around. And I’ll buy her a new bomb ass outfit, whatever one she wants. She got so mad at me and told me she doesn’t want to talk to me again. So I haven’t texted or tried to reach out. Did I over step?
