I always wear underwear!!!! That commando concept as a female kind of grosses me out for that exact reason.... discharge. It seems unhygienic IMO (don't jump down my throat those of you who don't wear underwear)

I’ve just never had that issue with discharge. It’s never just running down my leg lol I may notice it when I go to wipe but if I sleep naked or wear shorts commando, I don’t have enough to notice I guess?

I have little to no discharge so it’s not a problem for me. I hardly wear underwear lol.

There's a variety of medical reasons why some women have lack of discharge to make going commando possible 
And then there are women who simply don't care 🤷

I never had any discharge come out of me until after my baby was born. So yeah I definitely wore underwear but now 15 weeks pp and its kinda back to that way again.
