Newborn peeling skin?

My 2-week old skin is dry and peeling all over her body, but mostly her legs, feet and hands. I know this is normal, but should I put anything on her skin to moisturize it or should I just leave it? Are there any products that you recommend that are gentle enough for a newborn?

My little ones skin was pretty dry around her ankles from the hospital bracelets and my pediatrician said I have put a bit of baby aquaphor on it.

It’s normal. Just lotion them as you normally would. It will go away on its own. It’s a normal newborn thing.

We love the tubby todd all over ointment. My son had a lot of dry patches on his legs and flakey skin in his eyebrows and it is completely gone now.

Our boys both had this in the first few weeks. We used baby massage oil (made mostly of sweet almond oil) after baths and only washed them with water and a soft cloth (no soap). It went away and they have great skin.

I’m not sure if this is the right one but Mustela has a line specifically for very dry skin. I just use the standard line for my little ones but we love all their products thus far
