Pregnant and scared to work out

Hey ladies!

i'm almost 25 weeks pregnant and my whole pregnancy i had cramped when i'd workout. I'm not too sure why, i drink a lot of water and I walk daily OR every other day. i've asked my OBGYN about this and she basically blew it off because i am a low-risk pregnancy. The cramps i get are period like cramps. they're super light but noticeable and it's really scary to me honestly because it's my first pregnancy. I'm not sure if this is normal or anyone else goes/gone through this? I used to work out every other day for almost a year straight before getting pregnant and had stopped when i found out i was. i'm starting to feel unhappy and want to do light workouts.
