Crush is having a baby

So I work with a guy and I developed a crush with him. For months we spend a bunch of time talking at work. I thought the feeling was mutually. Then one day my coworker goes up to him and congratulated him on the baby. I had no idea he was having a baby nor had a girlfriend. I am heart broken. I’m just glad we never did anything. Although it was a just a playful crush Im still a little sad. Just felt like venting
