Fistula??

Question

So I paid general surgeon a visit yesterday and as it turned out - I have a fistula. He said I can live with it as long as it’s draining on its own or have it surgically removed. Do some of you have it and live with it? Does it affect your life as well as sex life?

There’s a support group for women with abscesses and fistulas on Facebook. You’ll get way more responses there. I have one and probably could have lived with it, but I’d rather try to be rid of it. Had my first surgery a year ago today and going in for a third and hopefully final surgery on Monday. You can pm me if you have questions.
