Why did this happen

So I have obviously been trying to conceive well my period came around 2 days earlier I normally have a super heavy flow & lasts 5 days .. the first day it was kind of heavy had some clots the second day it was gone .. it came back just as brown and pink spotting .. what could this be ? I have had to pee so much every 30 min I’m not even drinking a lot of fluids to be honest and it doesn’t burn when I pee at all ? Not sure if it’s related but I don’t think it could be pregnancy if I had heavy red bleeding for a day ? Thoughts ? Maybe it’s just off I don’t want to go buy a test and waste money .
