Behavior issue
My son seems to not really understand what is mean. He will swing toys around and hit people and even when they get upset he thinks it’s a game. Like he doesn’t understand that they aren’t having fun too. When you ask him did you hit them he says yes in a happy tone like they were playing. I’m just wondering if this is normal.
