20 weeks pregnant cervix

I had my 20 weeks scan a few days ago and had an transvaginal ultrasound to measure my cervical length. It was measuring at 4.8cm my question is, is this good at this point and is there a possibility I could still have cervixal incompetence in this pregnancy or should I not worry at all with that length?
