Ectopic pregnancy NO tube removal?

Has anyone had an ectopic pregnancy but NOT have their tube removed? I had one in December 2020. They called it a tubal abortion and I was able to keep my tube because the baby was attached to the outside of my uterus and didn’t rupture my tube.

I am currently pregnant. 4 weeks. And I am having pressure on the side that the ectopic was on. I am wondering if maybe the tube is just more sensitive because it’s been through some trauma? I had blood work done today and am very nervous in the meantime. I just am trying not to think I could be having another one😔
