Back pain at 8 weeks pregnant?

I’ve woke up today and was fine till I started work and my lower back started really hurting it’s only on my right side but it goes down my bum cheek also 🤷🏼‍♀️

Is this normal or should I be worried? I am on my feet slot due to my work but I try and rest when I can or it gets to much
